| In addition to be a licensed wealth advisor, Andrew is also a Certified Financial Planner and an Associate Portfolio Manager, with the ability to deliver discretionary investment management in addition to traditional non-discretionary management.
For over 20 years, Andrew has held several senior market positions in Canada’s financial industry, from Chief Canadian Economist with S&P/MMS International, to Chief Strategist for dutch bank ABN AMRO, to VP and Head of Capital Market Research for Scotia Economics.
During his career, he has provided economic and market strategy advice to individuals, corporations, central banks and major investment funds. He is widely quoted in the media and is asked to speak in front of business and community associations across Canada.
He and his wife Irene live in Peterborough with their three children. Both Andrew and Irene are actively involved with the Down Syndrome community and are the co-chairs of the 2010-12 Capital Campaign Committee. The dream - to build North America's first Down Syndrome Centre of Excellence. Andrew is also a member of Rotary and is a coach for one of Peterborough's Womens soccer teams.
